Origins
Born in 1975. He comes from a Brescia family of restaurateurs.
Overtures
The meeting with the dough takes place in 1985 when two uncles make a wood oven for cooking pizzas in their backyard.
Maturity
After technical maturity, he deepens his vocation for the leavened world with studies and practical experiences.
Nowadays
Today he continues his training and he works as a consultant for numerous companies in Italy and abroad.
